Tissue Distribution Comments
Kv11.1, Kv11.2 and Kv11.3 are broadly expressed in the nervous system [6,9]. In the developing embryonic spinal cord, they regulate nascent spinal motor rhythms [3]. All are expressed in the adult brain in largely overlapping distributions and largely in neuron somata [4].

Kv11.2 (and Kv11.3) regulate nascent spinal motor rhythms in developing mouse spinal cord
